Route 66 Trip to the Global Leadership Summit 2026

So excited to be on the road to the Global Leadership Summit with my wife (and best friend)!

Before having kids, we took road trips all the time. A four-hour drive went by in what felt like 15 minutes. So when the opportunity arose for use to head to the Summit, we decided to make it a Route 66 trip as well, partly due to our youngest son having us watch Pixar’s Cars approximately 9,000 times (and we’re not yet tired of it.)

We love taking drives to see cool places, but mostly because it gives us time to talk, reflect, and reconnect, which can be hard to do with three kids and a kinetic household.

We feel like God opened this door at just the right time. I’m one person in a two-person marketing department at a company with skyrocketing growth (142% in five years by headcount). My wife is leading our church’s children’s ministry and rebuilding things from the ground up.

We are so thankful for two solid days to gain hard-won wisdom and insights from top-tier leaders, plus 14 total hours of windshield time to connect with each other.

It may not look like a normal vacation, but I can’t think of a better way for us to spend time than investing in the future and each other.
